These Terms of Use may be updated at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
EggyPDF provides a suite of free online PDF tools including but not limited to: merging, splitting, compressing, converting, watermarking, and protecting PDF files. We also offer a Resume Builder tool that allows users to create and download professional resumes.
All tools are provided free of charge. We reserve the right to introduce premium features or plans in the future, which will be clearly communicated to users in advance.
You agree to use EggyPDF only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. Specifically, you agree not to:
Upload harmful content: You must not upload files containing malware, viruses, or any code designed to damage or interfere with any system.
Violate intellectual property: You must not upload or process documents that you do not have the legal right to access, modify, or distribute.
Abuse the platform: You must not attempt to overload, hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt our servers or services in any way.
Use for illegal purposes: You must not use EggyPDF to process, create, or distribute content that is illegal, fraudulent, defamatory, or harmful to others.
⚠️ EggyPDF is a tool, not a guarantor of content legality. You are solely responsible for the files you upload and the documents you create using our platform.
When you upload a file to EggyPDF, you grant us a temporary, limited licence to process that file solely for the purpose of providing the requested service. This licence expires immediately upon completion of the task and deletion of the file from our servers.
All uploaded files are automatically and permanently deleted from our servers within one hour of processing. We do not store, read, share, or retain your files beyond what is technically necessary to complete the task you requested.
You remain the sole owner of all files you upload and all documents you download from our platform.
EggyPDF is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:
The service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure at all times. The results of using our tools will meet your specific requirements or expectations. Any errors or defects in the service will be corrected immediately.
We make reasonable efforts to maintain the quality and availability of our tools, but we cannot guarantee perfect results in every case, particularly for complex or heavily formatted documents.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, EggyPDF and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use our services.
This includes but is not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or any damage resulting from the processing of your files. Your use of EggyPDF is entirely at your own risk.
We strongly recommend keeping backup copies of all important documents before uploading them to any online service, including EggyPDF.
All content on EggyPDF including the website design, logo, tool interfaces, written content, and underlying code is the intellectual property of EggyPDF and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of our platform without prior written permission from EggyPDF.
EggyPDF may contain links to third-party websites or services. These links are provided for your convenience only. We have no control over the content, privacy practices, or terms of third-party sites and accept no responsibility for them.
Our platform is hosted using third-party infrastructure providers including Cloudflare Pages and Render.com. Your use of EggyPDF is also subject to their respective terms of service.
These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international laws. Any disputes arising from the use of EggyPDF shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation in the first instance.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this document whenever changes are made. Your continued use of EggyPDF following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
